It's the beginning of spring and our tastebuds couldn't be happier!  For those of you keeping track, April's cupcake of the month (Peach Bellini) is back by popular demand from one year ago.  This pastry is bright and delicious:  a peach cake with sparkling buttercream frosting and a peach curd filling.  It offers consolation for the random, lingering snow flurries and celebration for the blooming trees and greening grass.  We hope you stop by to enjoy one (or some) with us while the month lasts.
