To help make up for the subzero temperatures of January, our bakers really pulled out all the stops for our cupcake of the month:  Hazelnut Cremé Brûlée.  It is a moist white cake, filled with pastry cream, frosted with hazelnut buttercream, and topped with crunchy brittle.  This cupcake is quite decadent and pairs beautifully with a cup of our newest roast from Messenger Coffee, Papua New Guinea Ulya.  I may or may not be enjoying both of these items right now...just to make sure it is a good recommendation...
